The "Earth Birds" are part of my Birds of the Elements collection, composing of birds and plants under an elemental theme.

Earth, the element of groundedness, stability, growth, and strength.

Represented in this piece by the São Miguel goldcrests, Portuguese oak, and Catalonian jasmine.

The goldcrest is the smallest bird in Europe. While usually solitary, they often gather in small groups during winter. This pair of goldcrests is enjoying each other's company in a Portuguese oak, a tree symbolising strength and resilience. Woven in its branches is jasmine, a sweet flower that softens the oak with its cheerfulness and love.

Printed on 189 gsm archival matte paper for a smooth, classic look.

I carefully package your orders with consideration of the weather, handling, and its impact on the environment. Your pieces are protected with either a glassine or plastic sleeve. They may ship out in a cardboard rigid mailer (originals, prints), tube (A3 size), or regular envelopes (stickers, monthly mail club).

If you receive your order in a tube, flatten your prints under heavy books for at least a day.

Expect colour variation from screen to paper. Frames are not included unless listed specifically.
