GENERAL

— What does "ibuko" mean?
"ibu" ("mother" in malay) + "ko" 高 (father's family name).

— Who is Mango?
he's my dog!

CUSTOMS / TAXES

— Your order will ship out of Portugal. Be aware of any duties, taxes, and customs fees you may have to pay to receive your package. I am not responsible for any fees/charges that occur.

— If you do not pay potential fees/charges, your order will be returned to me and I will refund you minus the shipping costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I do not accept returns or exchanges, however if there is a problem with your order please take relevant photos + contact me using the form or directly to my email: ibukoart@gmail.com.

FREE for all orders over 40€

for A5, A4 size: prints ship flat in an A5 or A4 cardboard rigid mailer with hard backing board (unless the order includes an A3 print, in which case all other prints will also ship in the tube)

for A3 size: prints ship rolled in a tube

ART PROCESS

— What kind of paint do you use?
95% of the time: Winsor & Newton Designers Gouache

— Do you mix your own colours?
Yes I usually only paint with the primaries and mix my own

— Brushes?
Round brushes are my go-to, usually with a slight point (not too much). I usually use very small brushes too, typically between 3 and 000

— Pencils?
0.7mm or 2.0mm mechanical pencils + Faber-Castell's 5B
