and ko 高 is my father's family name.

Hello! I'm Sara, a Singaporean-Canadian painter based in France.

I am a self-taught artist, beginning my journey in 2021. I specialise in wildlife and botanical painting.

From sharing my story online, I had my first selling exhibition in Southern Portugal in July 2023. Since then, I have grown this online shop and became a regular vendor at local art and craft markets around Europe.

Previously, I worked as a communications coordinator and translator for NGOs focused on educational & rural development in Haiti. I worked primarily with Cité Soleil Community School.

Despite the challenges of life in Haiti, art is everywhere. It showed me how important it is for the human spirit to create and dream.

I hope my paintings give you a feeling of belonging to the earth, and deepen a curiosity into the colours, lines, shapes, and stories found in the wild.
