I'm Sara, a botanical & wildlife painter based in Portugal. Previously, I worked as a communications coordinator and translator for NGOs focused on educational & rural development in Haiti.
I aim to blend a painterly style with a scientific approach (think: dreamy field notes of a whimsical biologist). It begins by studying each subject & allowing for expression and movement throughout the process.
My dream is to foster peaceful connection to nature by painting a wild garden for all of us to rest.
